Vladka Meed's grandson

Meed's book was sent to us to read before leaving on this trip and her grandson visited with us. He told of how when she first came to the US after the war, she was told that her "unrealistic goal" of educating people about the Holocaust needed to be changed. But her "unrealistic goals" led to this program of educating over 1000 teachers.
